OUR WORK MODULE

International Human Rights Commission for Indigenous and Minority (IHRCIM) has evolved two working Models namely, Social Venture Philantropy (SVP) and Outreach. Depending on the necessity and circumstances, either of the models is deployed.

SVP: Social Venture Philanthropy (SVP) is an innovative model based on the business concept of Venture Capital. Under SVP, IHRCIM identifies, handholds and builds capacities of genuine grassroots rights based NGOS, focusing on achieving scalability and sustainability, creating a culture of leadershp and excellence and inculating a deep sense of accountability among them.

Outreach: While working in the remote rural and tribal belts, IHRCIM realized that the capacities of tribal and minority community based Organisations (CBOS) were not adequate to meet the expectations of social investors. Under Outreach model, IHRCIM implements the development interventions in subject to human rights and its promotion and literacy drive, directly as it requires intensive and professional engagement for a wider and sustained outcome.

IHRCIM gets a first-hand experience in the nuances of development at the grassroots through its Outreach model and then shares the same with partner Orginisations
